ACADEMY PROGRAM

FIRST APPOINTMENT

DAY ONE
Morning Program presentation and athletic preparation course with training sessions.
Afternoon Nutrition course, theoretical course of competitive driving and sessions on simulator.
DAY TWO
Morning Athletic training session, simulator session, briefing with the driving coach and a 25′ track session on a TCR car.
Afternoon Nutrition course, theoretical course of competitive driving and sessions on simulator.

SECOND APPOINTMENT

DAY THREE
Morning Athletic training session with the mental coach and sessions on the simulator.
Afternoon Briefing with the driver coach and sessions on the simulator.
DAY FOUR
Morning Athletic training session, sessions on simulator, briefing with the driver coach and 25′ session on a TCR car.
Afternoon Individual briefing with the driver coach and the telemetrist, three 25′ sessions on a TCR car and final debrief.

THIRD APPOINTMENT

DAY FIVE
Morning Athletic training session, review of the nutrition course, review of the competitive driving course with the examintion of videos and telemetry.
Afternoon Briefing with the driver coach and telemetrist, basic mechanic course for set-ups and weight transfer, simulation of a race on the driving simulator.
DAY SIX
Morning Athletic training session, simulator sessions, briefing with the driver coach and 25′ track session on a TCR car.
Afternoon Individual briefing with the driver coach and the telemetrist, three 25′ sessions on a TCR car and final debrief.

FOURTH APPOINTMENT

DAY SEVEN
Morning Athletic training session and review of all the courses attended by the driver.
Afternoon Briefing with the driver coach and simulator sessions.
DAY EIGHT
Morning Athletic training session, briefing on competitive driving with the driver coach and two 25′ track session on a TCR car.
Afternoon Three 25′ sessions on a TCR car and final debrief with with the driver coach and the telemetrist.
