From driver to team principal, Emanuele has a clear and wide vision of the motorsport world, thanks to his 20 years of experience in different facets of this field.
He is the team principal of MM Motorsport, that since 2017 is the official JAS Motorsport partner for the TCR championships.

NèstorDriving Coach
From his debut in 1993 with karts, he has come a long way. He has discovered different car categories till assert himself in the touring car competitions. Now he is an international professional driver competing in the most important World Touring Car competitions.

FrancoDriving Coach
His career started in 2008 with open-wheel cars that signed his debut in motorsport competitions. Then, in 2012 he has turned his career by becoming the TC 2000 champion. From this point, he continued with touring cars and now he is competing in the national and international TCR series.

PaoloPersonal Coach
A 20 years long career as professional driver, team manager and sports director made Paolo able to study in deep all the elements that transform a driver in a champion. He specialized in nutrition, mental coaching and personal training. Now he is going on with his driver and sports director career.
